Stephen joined Barton Willmore in 2015 and is a chartered town planner with over 25 years of experience working in the property sector.
As a Researcher in the national Development Economics team, he is responsible for the undertaking Economic Benefits Statements (EBSs) for both residential and commercial development, which are used to support planning applications. He is also experienced in preparing Population and Human Health Chapters which form part of Environmental Impact Assessments, and which are used to assess the likely significant effects of a development on the environment in respect of population and human health effects.
In addition, Stephen has extensive experience of preparing retail capacity and impact assessments, typically used to inform the evolution and masterplanning of developments, and also to support planning applications.
Stephen is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
