Planning permission was secured for a 6.7 MW solar park at Caswell Farm in Dorset. This was achieved through successful negotiations with statutory consultees and the local community, in light of planning challenges including heritage assets and visual impact. Our robust evidence and technical assessments, including Landscape and Visual Impact, provided a strong planning case in favour of the scheme.
The solar farm produces enough energy to power 2,030 homes per year, with an annual saving of 2,880 tonnes of carbon dioxide.
