Delivering a stylish combination of heritage buildings, cutting edge design and public open spaces, this scheme provides a vibrant new quarter for Ealing, in close proximity to the Underground Station and the town centre.
The scheme, which was supported by the Mayor of London, features 700 residential units, 9,000 sqm of retail space, office and health space as well as landscaping along with public realm, in a combination of heritage buildings and cutting-edge design.
We were the lead planning and environmental planning consultants for the original planning permission and a number of the subsequent scheme amendments in what was described as a crucial step in the regeneration not just of Ealing, but of the whole of the Borough.
