The River Centre was the first element of the Tonbridge regeneration programme delivered by our team of architects. The development of this Conference Centre facility was influenced by classical temple architectural forms, while large frontal glazing panels add an egalitarian transparency throughout the building.
The facility provides approximately 30,000 sqft (2,787 sqm) of conference facilities and doubles as a church on Sundays. Its success has resulted in two further commissions from the Harvester Group for the rest of the regeneration programme, including a headquarters for their charitable and commercial operations and street-level community and retail elements.
