The scheme will see the redevelopment of the former Southall Gasworks site, located in the London Borough of Ealing, for a major mixed use development comprising up to 3,750 residential units, 24ha open space, retail, office, education and healthcare uses. The site is heavily contaminated, associated with the former gasworks use and redevelopment presented the opportunity to regenerate and remediate the site as well as providing much needed housing.
We successfully helped secure outline planning permission and continue to discharge conditions and reserved matters applications as the project evolves.
