A complete rebrand was required for UK Land development, a land promoter and developer based in Birmingham. The inspiration for the new name was St Philips church which is near the home of the company. The church also provided the inspiration for the brand itself, using the footprint of the church grounds to create the overall brand icon. Other key features of the church, including the William Morris produced stain glass windows and building material, influenced the colour scheme chosen to represent the various arms to the St Philips Group brand. Both print and digital design collateral were required, including brochures, technical publications as well as the brand new corporate website which features short animations, utilising drone footage and conceptual illustrations.
