Temple Green now has planning permission in place for 260,000 sqm of commercial space at Junction 45 of the M1. With a £9.1 million infrastructure programme close to completion at the site, it will soon be ready for large-scale development.
Sitting within the Leeds City Region Enterprise Zone, this scheme is creating Leeds’ largest manufacturing and logistics park, and has the potential to deliver some 9,500 jobs by 2025. The delivery of this large platform logistics and manufacturing hub is now under way with a £7.5 million infrastructure and ground works programme facilitating oven-ready build-to-suit plots for buildings from 240,000 sqft up to a total of 950,000 sqft.
This scheme is creating Leeds’ largest manufacturing and logistics park:
- 165 acres
- 260,000 sqm of commercial space
- 1,000 space park and ride transport hub
- A petrol filling station
Temple Green will sit alongside Leeds City Council’s newest park and ride transport hub while carefully masterplanned estate roads connect the site to the rest of the UK via Junction 45 of the M1, giving immediate access to the wider motorway network.
As well as commercial and employment space, it will include a 1,000 space park and ride transport hub with fast and regular bus connections to Leeds City Centre.
