Over the past ten years, we have provided the University of Reading with our full mix of services, including town planning, landscape planning and design, architecture and masterplanning.
Related to the residential proposals and the Thames Valley Science Park, we also helped the university negotiate a £24.7 million HCA loan for forward funding of a new Relief Road. The combined disposal of land for residential development will see the University of Reading secure in excess of £100 million of income.
