Winchester Station Approach

Our Planning team provided planning advice to Winchester City Council on a site located next to Winchester train station.

This prominent site currently consists of car parking and a former Registry Office. In March 2019, we submitted an outline planning application for a mixed-use scheme,  including 17,972 sqm of Grade A office space, shops, restaurants and caf├ęs. The scheme will significantly contribute towards delivering the outcomes of Winchester Movement Strategy adopted by Winchester City Council, to address the current and future transport challenges facing the city. Outline planning permission was granted by Winchester Planning Committee on 12 September 2019.
