Read our latest Guidance Note on the Draft Planning Policy Wales Edition 10 that is currently out for consultation. The latest revision has been overhauled in light of the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 and represents the first time the ‘seven well-being goals’ and ‘five ways of working’ have been fully aligned with the structure of the Welsh Government’s land use planning policy for Wales. Our Cardiff team have reviewed the document in full and the Guidance Note sets out what they believe are the key changes to policy and what the main opportunities are.
