We have expanded our team in Cambridge with the appointment of a new Planning Director.
Andrew Fisher joins the practice, which has been based in the city for over 25 years, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the industry having worked for the East of England Development Agency and being a Partner at David Lock Associates.
Through-out his career, which spans more than two decades, Andrew has delivered several landmark projects including playing a pivotal role in securing outline planning permission for the 5,000-home development at the former airfield at Alconbury Weald north of Huntingdon.
Partner Gareth Wilson said: “Our growing number of clients across the East of England, and more widely, will benefit greatly from the skills and experience that Andrew brings to the team having worked in the public and private sectors.”
Planning Director Andrew Fisher added: “Barton Willmore’s ability to offer a genuinely integrated planning and design approach to projects will enable us to ensure that clients in this region are able deliver their sites to their full potential and to the highest quality. I am delighted to be joining the company at an exciting time for the Cambridge office.”
