Our team secured full planning permission for SEGRO in 2015 for the construction of a landmark office building at the gateway of the Slough Trading Estate. This involved overcoming design issues and negotiating the Section 106 Agreement. We were retained to discharge all pre-commencement and pre-occupation conditions as well as securing a number of amendments to the scheme. The offices were completed in 2016.
