Our team prepared and submitted a Reserved Matters Application for the residential development on land to the rear of Green Park Way, Chillington. The site has Outline Consent for the development of 65 houses (23 affordable), vehicular access from Green Park Way, open space, and other associated infrastructure, with all matters to be reserved.
The bespoke housetypes and layout respond to the sloping topography and grain of the village, with split levels stepping down the south facing slope. Enhancing the boundary treatments provide visual containment and allow the proposal to bridge the threshold between open pasture land and the linear village.
