Working on behalf of Stoford Properties Limited and Mountpark Logistics, Barton Willmore secured planning permission in 2015 for a large speculative warehouse comprising 12,500m2 of B8 floorspace at Wakefield Europort located approximately 1 mile from Junction 31 of the M62.

This involved overcoming complex drainage issues and negotiating a position whereby a Section 106 Agreement was not required. The development was completed in early 2016.
