Ty Draw Farm

A site historically allocated for employment use only, we secured full planning permission for 94 homes and outline planning permission for 6,000 sqm of B1 office floorspace for South Wales Land Developments Limited and Persimmon Homes. The site was historically allocated for employment use only in various development plans stretching back over 30 years and we successfully highlighted that the need for additional homes should outweigh the ‘loss’ of part of the employment allocation. 

The site was subsequently allocated for mixed-use development in the Local Development Plan, as per the details contained within the hybrid planning application. The residential element of the site is due to be completed in 2017/18.
